I was born and raised in Chicago, IL.  Yes, IN Chicago.  I grew up within walking distance to Wrigley Field.  I am the second oldest of 4 children - I have an older brother and a younger brother and sister.  I have had an interest in photography from a very young age.  I really enjoy nature and sports photography.

After high school, I attended Blackburn College in Carlinville, IL.  I graduated in 1988 with a Bachelor degree in Physical Education for coaching.  I have found this to be very useful as I make my way through life.  I am also a full time travel agent.  I own and operate Cruise Planners - Vazul Travel, a full service travel agency.  Combining my love for travel with my enthusiasm for photography is the perfect combination.

While we have lived in many different states, I'm really enjoying living in Florida.  No more snow.  No more cold.  Who can beat a 72 degree, breezy, blue sky day in February?!  It's almost like living in a vacation every day.
